Bolts By Zeus was founded by Dave Baldwin, in 2023. As a Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) certified professional with over 15 years of digital creative expertise and more than a decade driving innovation in the medical aesthetics and dermatology industry. Dave founded Bolts by Zeus to offer a blend of strategic insight with an emphasis on rapid, transparent execution for aesthetic medical professionals, brands and businesses.
Dave has led global digital transformations, built high-impact brand campaigns and guided multi-regional teams to deliver measurable growth. Dave is also a seasoned keynote speaker, sharing insights on digital trust, patient decision-making and marketing innovation at international congresses including IMCAS, WEM, 5CC, AMWC, ICAMP and SESIAM.
Chris Spooner is a well-known executive, having founded and grown Sinclair Aesthetics into a global aesthetics player.
Industry leading digital marketing and training models were core to the Sinclair success story.
